Abstract: | Present article makes a study of the Paris agreement and the sound principle of common but differentiated responsibility and tries to provide a discussion that how the developing nation will be benefited from such principle. Paris agreement is different from any previous international documents on the goal of climate change including the main convention of 1992 in the name of United Nations framework Convention on climate change and subsequently 1997 Kyoto protocol. The present article analyses the situation of the countries and provides efficacy of the principle common but differentiated responsibility to meet with the goal of climate change. |
